What is Tim Burton's Labyrinth?
It is a unique immersive experience that combines art, creativity, and technology. Created in collaboration with Tim Burton and his team, this experience invites each visitor to freely explore a non-linear path inspired by the iconic filmmaker's worlds. Each person chooses their own path through the labyrinth, making every visit unrepeatable. Tim Burton himself describes it as a "fantastic fair."
Does the exhibition cover Tim Burton's entire universe?
Yes. The experience is inspired by the artist's entire universe, including his movies, most iconic characters, and other forms of creative expression.
Does the exhibition include original objects or replicas?
The artworks are original and belong to the director's private collection. The sets, characters, and costumes present are exact replicas based on his films.
Does it include never-before-seen objects?
Yes. All original artworks are previously unreleased and are being presented to the public for the first time in Japan.
Do I have access to all the rooms?
Each visitor accesses a different selection of rooms, depending on the decisions they make inside the labyrinth. All tours include the same number of rooms, but the content varies, making each visit unique.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
When does this experience start and end? Will there be additional sessions?
Starting November 25th, 2026 and ending February 21, 2027. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Where is the experience located?
It is located in CREVIA BASE TOKYO, a state-of-the-art, highly adaptable venue built for immersive experiences, pop-ups, and high-impact events.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
It takes place in an indoor venue.
Is there parking available?
No designated parking. There are pay parking lots near the venue.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reserved time. Access will not be allowed after the time indicated on your ticket.

What is the difference between the General Ticket and Premium Ticket?
Premium Ticket:- Includes two consecutive tours, allowing you to explore two different routes.
- Includes a limited edition printed artwork per person.
- Access to the exhibition will be through an exclusive area.
General Ticket:- Single access to the experience.
- Access at the chosen time.
Do infants (ages 0-3) pay for a ticket?
Children up to 3 years old do not pay, but they must acquire a free ticket. It will be necessary to show an official document proving their age upon entry.
Do children (ages 4-12) pay for a ticket?
Yes, and children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. Also, if you purchase a Premium Ticket for yourself, you must also purchase a Premium one for the minor.
I bought a student ticket (Middle School, High School, and University). Do I need to bring my ID with me?
Yes, we may ask for your student ID when you enter, so please bring your student ID with you.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the exhibition, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, tickets are not nominative and can be transferred or gifted. You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this exhibition, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs. What should I do if the exhibition has been cancelled?
If the exhibition has been cancelled, your ticket provider will contact you via the email associated with your purchase to provide all the relevant information.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reserved time. Access will not be allowed after the time indicated on your ticket.
What’s the closest station? How long does it take to get to the venue?
The closest station is Shijo-mae station (Yurikamome line), and it takes about 3 minutes to get to the venue on foot.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs, whose owners must present the corresponding documentation.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is accessible for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. Note: we do not have wheelchairs available for loan.
Do you offer carer tickets?
We offer discounted tickets for individuals with disabilities. A valid disability certificate is required for admission. Carers must purchase a General Ticket to accompany the ticket holder.
Can I enter with food or drinks?
Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
Will there be strobe lights?
Some rooms feature flashing light effects. We recommend caution for photosensitive individuals or those with related conditions.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
No. The experience is designed to be enjoyed standing and moving.
Are baby strollers allowed?
Yes, but only single strollers. Double strollers are not allowed, as we don't have space to store them. For greater comfort, we recommend using baby carriers/backpacks.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms will be available on site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photographing the original artworks is not allowed. You can take photos and videos of the rest of the spaces, without flash, and provided it is not for commercial or professional purposes.
Is there a Lost & Found?
In case you need to recover a lost item, approach the box office and leave your details. The staff deposits all found items there.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience is recommended for all ages and audiences. Everyone, regardless of age, must acquire a ticket to access the venue.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, there won’t be an audio guide.
